Rujak Buleleng is one of traditional food from Buleleng regency. It is made of fruits and vegetables. Long peanut, ‘kangkung’, bean sprout, bitter melon, and egg plant is usually use to make rujak buleleng. For the fruits is using all kind of fruits such as star fruit, pineapple, cucumber, kedondong, bengkoang, mango even orange of Bali and Dutch eggplant.
How they make it? Besides that, to make rujak buleleng is very simple, grind the spices (terasi, sugar and chilli), and add banana fruit (pisang batu) and 5 spoons of vinegar. The vegetables that is use to make rujak buleleng is still halfdone or raw, so we can keep the nutrition.
